KONI Papua Pastikan Gelar TC Sentralisasi dan Desentralisasi di Akhir Juli

Akhir Juli ini, Komite Olahraga Nasional Indonesia (KONI) Papua bakal mengelar Training Center Sentralisasai dan Desentralisasi persiapan PON 2021 selama enam bulan kedepan.

Program tersebut, menurut Sekretaris Umum KONI Papua, Kenius Kogoya, sudah mendapat persetujuan Gubernur Lukas Enembe.

“Bapak Gubernur Lukas Enembe selaku Ketua KONI Papua sudah menyetujui program kerja KONI terkait dengan TC Sentralisasai dan Desentralisasi persiapan PON 2021,” terang Kenius, di Jayapura.

Kenius pada kesempatan itu, berharap para pelatih mempersiapkan mental dan fisik seluruh atlet. 

Sehingga proses TC selama enam bulan tersebut, menghasilkan sosok atlet yang mampu menorehkan prestasi dan medali untuk mengharumkan nama Papua.

Sementara dari 1.028 atlet PON Papua, sebanyak 445 masuk kategori sebagi atlet utama yang akan melakukan TC sentralisasi.

Sebanyak 583 atlet sisanya (Madya), akan tetap melakukan latihan desentralisasi di rumah masing-masing.

Baik untuk atlet yang melakukan TC sentralisasi dan desentralisasi, seluruh hah-haknya akan tetap disalurkan.

Ketua Binpres Koni Papua, Freddy Sokoy, meminta para pelatih agar menyusun rencana periodisasi latihan dengan baik, jelang program TC Sentralisasi dan Desentralisasi. 

Ia juga pastikan, KONI Papua akan melakukan evaluasi terhadap para pelatih dan asistennya untuk meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas para atlet.

“Artinya jika dalam evaluasi asisten pelatih memiliki kemampuan lebih baik, maka pelatih kepala bisa (digantikan),” tegasnya.

On that occasion, Kenius hoped the trainer prepares the mental and physical of the whole athlete.

So that the Training Center process for six months produced an athlete figure who was able to carve achievements and medals to make Papua proud.

There are 445 of 1,028 athletes categorized as the main athletes who will conduct training center centralization.

The remaining 583 athletes are middle, they will continue to perform decentralized exercises in their respective homes.

Good for athletes who conduct centralization and decentralization training center, the entire hah-rights will still be channeled.

Head of the Achievement in Indonesian National Sports Committee of Papua, Freddy Sokoy, asked the trainers to develop a plan for the periodization of exercises well, in the program TC centralization and decentralization training center.

He also confirmed, Indonesian National Sports Committee Papua will conduct an evaluation of the trainers and their assistants to improve the quality and quality of the athletes."
