Pemprov Papua : Insentif Nakes Dibayarkan Segera

Pemerintah Provinsi Papua memastikan segera membayarkan insentif atau “uang lelah” bagi tenaga kesehatan (nakes) dari dana APBD 2020.

Ketua Harian Satuan Tugas (Satgas) Pencegahan dan Penanganan Covid-19 Provinsi Papua Welliam R. Manderi berharap para nakes bersabar sebab pencairan anggaran itu tinggal menunggu proses administrasi di badan pengelolaan keuangan setempat.

“Yang jelas insentif untuk nakes dari Pemprov Papua sudah disiapkan. Tinggal tunggu cair dari badan keuangan akan langsung dibayarkan kepada petugas kesehatan yang menangani Covid,” kata Welliam di Jayapura, Senin (20/7/2020).

Menurutnya, Pemprov Papua sangat peduli dengan kesejahteraan para nakes, dimana insentif atau "uang lelah" itu merupakan salah satu bentuk dukungan serta motivasi kepada para petugas yang menangani pasien Covid.

Dilain pihak, “uang lelah” yang diberikan itu berbeda dengan insentif yang turun dari anggaran Kemenkes. Dimana insentif yang bersumber dari dana APBN 2020 itu, disalurkan ke Dinas Kesehatan atau ke rumah sakit.

“Intinya kita perkirakan pencairannya dalam waktu dekat. Pastinya langsung didistribusikan kepada para tenaga medis,” tegasnya lagi.

Diketahui insentif tersebut nantinya akan dibayarkan kepada petugas kesehatan yang bekerja di BPSDM maupun Balai Diklat.

Selain itu, Pemprov Papua juga menyiapkan dana insentif untuk beberapa usulan dari rumah sakit mitra.

"The obvious incentive for the Medical Staffs of Papua provincial government has been prepared. The incentive payment will be directly paid to the health worker who handles Covid-19 patients, "said Welliam in Jayapura, Monday (July 20, 2020).

According to him, the Papua provincial government is very concerned with the welfare of the medical staff, they will get incentives or compensation to support and give motivation to the officers who handle Covid-19 patients.

On the other hand, the compensation given was different from the incentives that dropped from the budget of the Minister of Health. The incentive funded by the Regional Government Budget from 2020 is channeled to the Department of Health or to the hospital.

"The point is that we estimate the payment in the near term. It is definitely distributed directly to medical personnel, "he asserted again.

It is known that incentives will be paid to the health staff working at BPSDM and Balai Diklat.

In addition, the government also prepares incentive funds for several proposals from hospital partners.
