Dinas Pendidikan, Perpustakaan dan Arsip Daerah (DPPAD) Provinsi Papua mengetuk hati para pihak agar berkenan menyumbangkan masker bagi anak sekolah di seluruh bumi cenderawasih.
“Anak-anak sekolah sangat butuh bantuan masker. Seperti di Kabupaten Supiori, dimana sekolah sudah buka seminggu, tapi karena kekurangan masker penganti jadinya kami tutup kembali”.
“Untuk itu kami berharap ada bantuan masker dari para pihak, sebagai upaya memerangi pandemi Covid di Papua,” terang Kepala DPPAD Papua, Christian Sohilait di Jayapura, Selasa (18/8/2020).
Mantan Sekda Lanny Jaya ini pun mengapresiasi pembagian masker bagi anak usia sekolah di Papua, sebagaimana yang dilakukan Istri Mendagri Tito Karnavian, yaitu Tri Suswati, juga selaku Ketua Umum Tim Penggerak (TP) PKK 2019-2024.
Ia berharap masker tersebut bisa segera di distribusikan, sehingga para murid dapat mempergunakannya saat mengikuti tatap muka di sekolah.
Sebelumnya, sebanyak istri Mendagri menyumbangkan 150 lembar masker kepada anak usai sekolah di Papua.
Penyerahan masker oleh Wakil Ketua TP PKK Provinsi Papua, Yolanda Tiamal, diterima perwakilan Ikatan Keluarga Alumni Pendidikan Kepamongprajaan (IKAPTK) Provinsi Papua, Recky Ambrau, Senin (17/8/2020), di Sasana Karya Kantor Gubernur Dok II, Jayapura.
Usai mendapat kiriman bantuan masker itu, Yolanda Tinal pun berencana melakukan pengadaan lagi untuk menambah masker yang akan diberikan kepada anak usia sekolah.
“Sebab memang juga ada rencanya dari ibu-ibu PKK untuk membuat untuk masker bagi anak sekolah”.
“Intinya kita sangat peduli dengan anak tetapi juga ibu. Sehingga kedepan kita akan terus mendorong agar pembagian masker bagi anak tetapi juga para ibu atau mama-mama ini dapat dilakukan secara berkesinambungan,” tanda ia.

The former Regional Secretary Lanny Jaya also appreciated the division of masks for school in Papua, as the wife of Minister of Home Affairs Tito Karnavian, Tri Suswati, also as a driving team to empower family welfare (PKK) 2019-2024.
He hopes the mask can be distributed immediately, so that the students can wear it when they follow face to face at school.
Previously, the wife of the Minister of Home Affairs donated 150 masks to children in Papua.
The submission of a mask by TP PKK vice chairman of Papua Province, Yolanda Tiamal, was accepted by the representatives of the Family Association of Education (IKAPTK) Papua province, Recky Ambrau, Monday (August 17, 2020), at Sasana Karya of the governor office, Jayapura.
After getting the help of the mask, Yolanda Tinal plans to make another procurement to add a mask that will be given to the students.
"It is planned by PKK to make for a mask for students".
"The point is we care deeply about children but also mothers. So that we will continue to encourage the division of masks for children and mothers can be done continuously," he said.
