Kabar Baik! Menpan RB Buka Peluang Angkat Honorer Papua Tanpa Tes

Pemerintah Pusat melalui Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (Kemenpan RB) RI membuka kemungkinan untuk melakukan pengangkatan tenaga honorer di Papua tanpa melauli tes.

Kendati demikian, kepastiannya masih harus diputuskan lewat rapat bersama dengan seluruh Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) se-Papua guna menyusun serta mendata tenaga honorer yang bakal diangkat berdasarkan kebutuhan.

"Kita sudah rapat dengan Menpan RB lalu ada Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) juga dan kami pun diberikan waktu untuk menyusun (daftar) berdasarkan kebutuhan,” terang Kepala BKD Papua Nicolaus Wenda, Jumat (4/9/2020). 

Kendati telah memberi sinyal positif bagi belasan ribu tenaga honorer di Papua untuk diangkat, dia mengimbau semua pihak terkait untuk menunggu keputusan resmi. Kemudian tak gampang percaya dengan oknum-oknum tertentu yang menjanjikan pengangkatan sebagai ASN atau sejenisnya.

“Intinya kami di BKD Papua bersama BKD Kabupaten dan Kota diberikan waktu hingga November 2020 untuk mendata kembali seluruh tenaga honorer yang ada, sesuai kebutuhan”.  

“Minggu depan kami akan undang seluruh kepala BKD untuk membuat satu kesepakatan dalam menyusun data valid honorer sesuai kebutuhan yang ada,” kata ia.

Ratusan pegawai tenaga honorer se Provinsi Papua mendatangi kantor gubernur menuntut diangkat menjadi Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) pada formasi 2019/2020.

Ratusan tenaga honorer datang dengan membawa spanduk, diantaranya bertuliskan “kami 1200 honorer Provinsi Papua meminta diangkat pada formasi 2019/2020”. 

Perwakilan tenaga honorer, Frits Awom mengatakan meminta agar janji-janji para pemimpin terdahulu untuk memperjuangkan nasib mereka agar diangkat sebagai pegawai negeri sipil segera ditepati.

The Central Government through the Ministry of Empowerment and State Apparatus Bureaucratic Reform (Kemenpan RB) opened the possibility to appoint honorary personnel in Papua without conducting tests.

Nevertheless, the certainty must still be decided through a meeting with all Regional Staffing Agencies (BKD) in Papua to compile and record the honorary personnel that will be appointed based on needs.

"We have a meeting with the Minister of Empowerment and State Apparatus Bureaucratic Reform and then there is the State Staffing Agency (BKN) as well and we are also given time to compile (the list) based on needs," explained head of BKD Papua Nicolaus Wenda, Friday (4/9/2020).

Despite giving a positive signal to tens of thousands of honorary personnel in Papua to be appointed, he urged all relevant parties to wait for an official decision. Then it is not easy to believe with certain people who promise the appointment as ASN or the like.

"Essentially we are at BKD Papua together with BKD Regency and City are given until November 2020 to re-record all existing honorary personnel, as needed". 

"Next week we will invite the head of BKD to make a deal in compiling valid honorary employee data according to existing needs," he said.

Hundreds of honorary personnel from Papua Province went to the governor's office demanding that they be appointed to the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the 2019/2020 formation.

Hundreds of honorees came with banners, including one that read “We are 1200 Papuan provincial honorary requested to be appointed in the 2019/2020 formation".

Honorary representative Frits Awom said he requested that the promises of previous leaders to fight for their fate to be appointed as civil servants be fulfilled immediately.
