Pjs Bupati Musa’ad Dorong Gerakkan Pakai Masker di Waropen

Penjabat Sementara (Pjs) Bupati Waropen Muhammad Musa’ad memastikan bakal mengkampanyekan gerakan pakai masker di wilayahnya, guna mencegah penularan Covid-19 di kabupaten pecahan dari Kepulauan Yapen tersebut.

Musa’ad yang juga Wakil Ketua Pelaksana Satgas Penanganan dan Pencegahan Covid-19 Provinsi Papua, dijadwalkan menyerahkan 5.000 masker dan puluhan liter hand sanitizer bantuan gubernur, Senin (5/10/2020).

“Bantuan masker dan hand sanitier saya serahkan besok kepada Sekda Waropen. Dengan begitu, saya mau galakkan gerakkan pakai masker dan hand sanitizer di Waropen mulai besok demi mempertahankan status Waropen tetap di zona hijau penularan Covid,” terang Pjs Bupati Musa’ad via telepon selulernya, Minggu (4/10/2020).

Ia memastikan, dalam upaya meminimalisasi penularan Covid-19, pihaknya segera menerbitkan Peraturan Kepala Daerah (Perkada) Penegakkan Disiplin Protokol Kesehatan Covid-19. 

Dengan begitu, diharapkan penyebaran Covid-19 di Waropen dapat lebih teratasi bahkan zero penularan.

“Apalagi saya di dalam SK Mendagri sebagai Pjs Bupati Waropen, juga ditunjuk menjabat Ketua Satgas Penanganan dan Pencegahan Covid-19 di Waropen”.

“Makanya, Perkada Penegakkan Disiplin Protokol Kesehatan Covid-19 akan menjadi yang peraturan pertama untuk saya tandatangani secepatnya,” tegasnya.

Musa’ad pada kesempatan itu, akan bertemu semua unsur terkait untuk mempercepat penerbitan Perkada Penegakkan Disiplin Protokol Kesehatan Covid-19. Sebab penerbitannya merupakan instruksi langsung Mendagri.

“Apalagi untuk daerah yang menyelenggarakan Pilkada itu wajib. Makanya, dalam waktu dekat juga saya akan bertemu KPU dan Bawaslu kemudian bertemu atau mendatangi posko maupun sekretariat pemenangan pasangan calon”.

“Saya ingin bersilahturahmi dengan empat paslon di Waropen untuk bagaimana bicarakan Pillkada damai dan demokratis tetapi memperhatikan penegakkan disiplin protokol kesehatan. Sehingga di Waropen tercopta sukses Pilkada, tetapi juga aman dari Covid,” pungkasnya.

Regent (interim) of Waropen Muhammad Musa'ad confirmed that he would campaign for the movement of masks on his territory, to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 in the fractional district of the Yapen Islands.

Musa'ad, who is also the Deputy Chief Executive of the Papua Province's Covid-19 Handling and Prevention Task Force is scheduled to hand over 5,000 masks and tens of liters of hand sanitizer to the governor, Monday (5/10/2020).

"I will give masks and hand sanitizer to the Regional Secretariat Waropen tomorrow. That way, I would like to encourage the movement of masks and hand sanitizers in Waropen starting tomorrow in order to maintain Waropen status remains in the green zone of Covid transmission," explained Musa'ad via his mobile phone, Sunday (4/10/2020). 

He ensured that, in an effort to minimize covid-19 transmission, it immediately issued the Regulation of the Head of Regional Enforcement of Covid-19 Health Protocol Discipline.

Thus, it is expected that the spread of Covid-19 in Waropen can be better resolved even with zero transmission.

"Moreover, I am Regent of Waropen, also appointed as Chairman of the Task Force on Handling and Prevention of Covid-19 in Waropen".

"That's why the Covid-19 Health Protocol Discipline Enforcement Act will be the first one for me to sign immediately," he said.

Musa'ad on that occasion will meet all related elements to accelerate the issuance of the Covid-19 Health Protocol Disciplinary Enforcement Tool because the publication is direct instruction of the Ministry of Home Affairs.

"Especially for the regions that hold elections it is mandatory. Therefore, in the near future, I will also meet KPU and Bawaslu then meet or visit the post or secretariat of the winning spouse of the candidate".

"I would like to meet with the four candidates in Waropen for how to talk about regional elections peacefully and democratically but pay attention to the enforcement of the discipline of health protocols. So it will be a successful election, but also safe from Covid-19," he concluded.
