Insentif Guru Honorer dan Tenaga Medis Pemkab Waropen Segera Diselesaikan

Penjabat Sementara (Pjs) Bupati Waropen, Muhammad Musa’ad berjanji segera menuntaskan pembayaran hak-hak guru honorer dan tenaga medis setempat yang masih menunggak hingga saat ini.

Hal itu disampaikan Bupati Musa’ad dalam sambungan telepon, Senin (5/10/2020)

Saya sudah panggil Kepala Dinas Pendidikan dan Kesehatan untuk mebicarakan ini dan pastikan semua hak-hak honor maupun pegawai itu harus dibayarkan.

“Pemerintah ini kuat, negara ini besar. Jadi, tidak ada instilah negara ini tidak mampu membayar hak pegawai. Baik pegawai definitif maupun honor, saya minta tunggakan hak-hak berupa insentif harus dibayarkan. Saya sudah instruksikan segera,” kata Musa’ad yang baru dua hari di Waren, Waropen.

Musa’ad katakan, jasa para guru dan tenaga medis di Waropen, tak boleh dipandang sebelah mata. Sebab keberadaan mereka sangat diperlukan demi menunjang pelayanan pemerintahan di Waropen.

Oleh karena itu, Musa’ad memastikan masalah ini akan menjadi prioritasnya, untuk segera dituntaskan sebelum ia melepaskan jabatan sebagai Pjs Bupati Waropen.

“Sebab kalau pemerintah berhutang ya mungkin bisa kan bisa dibayar tahun berikutnya melalui sebuah kesepakatan. Tapi kalau tidak dibayar itu tidak boleh”. 

“Karena itu, saya akan mendorong pembayarannya untuk segera dituntaskan,” tandasnya.

Acting Regent of Waropen, Muhammad Musa'ad promised to immediately complete the payment of the rights of honorary teachers and local medical personnel who are still in arrears to this day.

I have called the Head of the Education and Health Office to discuss and make sure all honor and employee rights are to be paid. 

"This government is strong, this country is great. So, there is no sense that this country cannot afford the rights of employees. Both definitive and honorary employees, I ask for delinquency rights in the form of incentives to be paid. I've been instructed right away," said Musa'ad, who was just two days in Waren, Waropen.

Musa'ad said the services of teachers and medical personnel in Waropen should not be underestimated because their existence is indispensable in order to support government services in Waropen.

Therefore, Musa'ad ensured this issue would be his priority, to be completed immediately before he relinquished his position as Regent Interim of Waropen.

"If the government owes, it could probably be paid the next year through a deal. Therefore, I will encourage the payment to be completed immediately," he said.
