Pjs Bupati Ridwan Instruksikan Pelayanan Kantor Distrik Arso Timur Segera Aktif Kembali

Penjabat Sementara (Pjs) Bupati Keerom, Dr. Muhammad Ridwan Rumasukun, SE, MM, menginstruksikan pelayanan kantor Distrik Arso Timur, agar segera aktif kembali memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat.

Dia berharap para pimpinan dan staf yang ditugaskan di kantor tersebut, mulai membuka kembali pelayanan pada minggu berjalan ini.

“Kita harus memfungsikan kembali kantor distrik, teman-teman yang ada di sana (Kantor Distrik Arso Timur) kita akan panggil rapat dan menyelesaikan permasalahan ini di kantor bupati besok (12/10) jam 9 pagi,” terang Ridwan, Minggu (11/10/2020) usai inspeksi mendadak (Sidak) ke Kantor Distrik Arso Timur.

Sidak tersebut dilakukan karena sehari sebelumnya muncul pemberitaan bahwa kantor pemerintahan tersebut tidak pernah digunakan selama dua tahun terakhir.

Ridwan pada kesempatan itu sempat kaget, sebab 23 bangunan yang terdiri dari 1 kantor distrik, 1 aula, 1 rumah dinas kepala distrik dan 20 rumah pegawai, kosong dan sama sekali tak berpenghuni.

“Memang cukup di makmlumi ya, sebab lokasi Kantor Distrik Arso Timur cukup jauh dan akses jalannya belum beraspal”.

“Kemudian fasilitas penunjang di tempat tersebut belum cukup pantas untuk ditinggali. Karena tidak ada air bersihnya. Belum lagi jangkauan masyarakat ke situ juga jauh. Namun apa pun itu pelayanan pemerintahan wajib kembali berjalan,” tegas ia.

Ridwan pada kesempatan itu mengapresiasi media massa yang telah mengungkapkan fakta tersebut ke publik. Sehingga ia bisa segera melakukan evaluasi untuk memperbaiki kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat.

Sekda Keerom, Blasius Waluyo Sejati, SE., MM, membantah bila Kantor Distrik Arso Timur sudah tidak ditempati selama dua tahun.

Ia katakan kekosongan pelayanan di kantor tersebut baru terjadi selama 8 bulan atau semenjak terjadinya pandemi covid-19.

Selain melakukan Sidak ke Kantor Distrik Arso Timur, Pjs. Bupati Keerom, Dr. Muhammad Ridwan Rumasukun, SE, MM, juga mengunjungi Puskesmas Pitewi, Puskesmas Wyam dan Kantor Distrik Mannem.

Acting Interim Regent of Keerom, Dr. Muhammad Ridwan Rumasukun, SE, MM, instructed the ministry of the East Arso District office, to immediately actively return to providing services to the community.

He expects the leaders and staff assigned to the office to begin reopening the service this week.

"We have to re-enable the district office, we will call a meeting and resolve this issue at the regent's office tomorrow (12/10) at 9 am," ridwan explained, Sunday (11/10/2020) to the press, after a surprise inspection to the District Office of Arso.

It was done because the day before came the news that the government office had not been used for the last two years.

Ridwan on that occasion was surprised, because 23 buildings consisting of 1 district office, 1 hall, 1 district head office house and 20 employee houses, empty and completely uninhabited.

"It is quite understandable, because the location of The East Arso District Office is quite far and the road access has not been paved".

"Then the supporting facilities in the place are not fit enough to live in because there's no clean water. Not to mention the reach of the community there is also far away but whatever the government service is, it must go back," he said.

Ridwan on that occasion appreciated the mass media that had revealed the fact to the public. So that he can immediately conduct an evaluation to improve the quality of service to the community.

The Secretary of Keerom, Blasius Waluyo Sejati, SE., MM, denied that the East Arso District Office had been unoccupied for two years.

He said the vacancy in the office had only been in place for eight months or since the covid-19 pandemic.

In addition to Sidak to the East Arso District Office, Pjs. Regent of Keerom, Dr. Muhammad Ridwan Rumasukun, SE, MM, also visited Pitewi Health Center, Wyam Health Center and Mannem District Office.
