PB PON Segera Laporkan Progres Kesiapan PON XX 2021

Panitia Besar Pekan Olahraga Nasional (PB PON) XX Papua memastikan, dalam waktu dekat segera melaporkan progres atau kemajuan persiapan iven empat tahunan itu kepada Presiden Joko Widodo di Istana Negara.

Dengan begitu, diharapkan pelaksanaan PON dapat tetap berjalan sesuai dengan jadwal yang sudah ditentukan sebelumnya, yakni pada Oktober 2021 mendatang.

Hal tersebut disampaikan Ketua Harian PB PON XX Papua, Yunus Wonda di Jayapura, Minggu.

Menurut ia, saat ini PB PON Papua akan berfokus pada proses lelang peralatan dan lainnya. Dia menargetkan proses lelang segera rampung dalam pertengahan Februari 2021 mendatang.

“Sebab jika ini sudah rampung proses lelangnya, kita di PB PON akan bekerja akan lebih enak. Oleh karena itu, saya juga sudah minta administrasi harus dipersiapkan dengan sebaik-baiknya. Dan saya optimis dengan didukung para Kepala OPD di lingkungan Pemprov Papua, pelelangan ini akan sukses,” ujarnya

Sementara Yunus memastikan beberapa hari lalu telah menyerahkan Dokumen Pelaksana Anggaran (DPA) 2021 PB PON sebesar Rp 2 Triliun.

DPA diserahkan langsung olehnya disaksikan sekum PB PON Papua Elly Loupatty pada rapat dan penetapan DPA PB PON XX Tahun 2021 Papua, di Hotel Mercure, Jumat (29/01/2021). DPA diserahkan kepada masing-masing bidang PB PON XX Tahun 2021.

“DPA sudah saya serahkan ke bidang-bidang dan saya secara tegas meminta kepada semua bidang yang telah menerima DPA langsung bekerja. Lebih khusus pekerjaan lelang”.

“Kenapa? Karena waktu terus berjalan, jangan tunda-tunda lagi proses lelang. Tanggal 19 Feberuari 2021 lelang harus selesai. Jika sampai bergeser bulan ke Maret - April pasti akan terganggu dan akan mempengaruhi skala pelaksanaan PON,” tegas ia.

Saat ini proses pengerjaan venue sudah rampung 100 persen. Untuk itu, dia meminta para kepala dinas maupun pejabat eselon III dan IV yang dipercayakan Gubernur bekerja di PB PON Papua, agar bekerja keras mempersiapkan agenda nasional itu.

“Saya minta masing-masing kepala bidang PB PON agar selalu komunikasi dengan baik, khususnya bidang peralatan. Saya minta Handphone (HP) aktif selama 24 jam”.

“Kepercayaan kepada saudara-saudara dari pimpinan ini harus dilaksanakan dengan sebaik-baiknya. Saya percaya semua panitia PB PON XX 2021 mampu bekerja sesuai bidang masing-masing. Demikian juga para pejabat yang dipercaya oleh pak Gubernur bekerja di PB PON untuk lebih fokus lagi,” pungkasnya.

Thus, it is expected that the implementation of National Sports Week can continue to run in accordance with the predetermined schedule, in October 2021.

According to him, currently the committee will focus on the process of equipment auction and others. He is targeting the auction process to be completed in mid-February 2021.

"Because if this has been completed the auction process, the committee will work better. Therefore, I have also asked the administration to be prepared as well as possible. And I am optimistic that with the support of Regional Apparatus Organization heads in Papua provincial government, this auction will be successful," he said

While Yunus confirmed the Budget Implementation Document 2021 of National Sports Week Committee has submitted, amounting to IDR 2 Trillion. 

The Budget Implementation Document was handed over directly by him witnessed by general secretary of National Sports Week Committee Elly Loupatty at the meeting and determination of the Budget Implementation Document 2021 of Papua National Sports Week Committee 2021, at Mercure Hotel, Friday (01/29/2021). The Budget Implementation Document is submitted to each field of National Sports Week Committee 2021.

"I have submitted the Budget Implementation Document to the fields and I expressly ask all areas that have received the Budget Implementation Document directly to work. More specifically auction work".

"Do not delay the auction process. By February 19, 2021 the auction must be completed. If it shifts month to March - April it will definitely be disrupted and will affect the scale of National Sports Week implementation," he said.

Currently the process of working on the venue has been completed 100 percent. To that end, he asked the heads of departments and officials of echelons III and IV entrusted by the Governor to work in the National Sports Week Committee, to work hard to prepare the national agenda.

"I ask that each head of the National Sports Week Committee should always communicate well, especially in the field of equipment. I ask if the phone must be active for 24 hours".

"Trust of the leader must be carried out as well as possible. I believe all committees are able to work according to their respective fields. Likewise, officials who are trusted by the Governor work in the National Sports Week Committee to more focus," he concluded.
