CDM Meeting Kedua Digeser ke Awal April

Panitia Besar Pekan Olahraga Nasional (PB PON) XX Papua mengumumkan pelaksanaan Chef de Mission (CdM) meeting kedua, diundur ke 5 April 2021 mendatang, di Jayapura. 

Keputusan perubahan jadwal CDM meeting, berdasarkan hasil kesepakatan bersama pengurus PB PON Papua dan KONI Pusat di Jakarta.

“Pertemuan kami dengan Ketua KONI Pusat menyepakati CDM meeting dari jadwal semula 23 s/d 26 Maret 2021, digeser ke 5 April 2021 di Jayapura,” jelas Ketua Harian PB PON Papua Yunus Wonda, usai bertemu Ketua KONI Pusat Marciano Norman, di Jakarta, Rabu (17/3/2021).

Sementara dalam agenda CDM meeting, Yunus memastikan seluruh panitia bakal memaparkan berbagai hal teknis terkait persiapan Papua sebagai tuan rumah pada perhelatan PON.

Dewan Pengawas dan Pengarah (WASRA) Penyelenggaraan PON XX  2021 Papua juga dipastikan ikut memberi pembekalan terhadap seluruh bidang di kepengurusan PB PON Papua, guna memaksimalkan pelayanan bagi atlet dan ofisial saat tiba di Papua.

Terpisah, Wakil Ketua Umum I KONI Pusat, Suwarno meminta hasil pelaksanaan CDM meeting nantinya segera disosialisasikan ke seluruh klaster oleh masing-masing bidang di PB PON Papua.

“Setelah CDM meeting usai, saya ingin dorong PB PON turun ke klaster. Penentu kebijakan dari masing-masing bidang harus bisa sampaikan kebijakan apa yang harus dilakukan oleh klaster kabupaten dan kota”.

“Sehingga mereka jelas nanti akan berbuat seperti apa (harus) diarahkan, kaitannya dengan transportasi, konsumsi, akomodasi, kesehatan dan lainnya. Sehingga tidak ada keragu raguan dan penjabaran dari kebijakan PB PON ini, akan bisa diimplementasi pada seluruh klaster. Dan kami KONI Pusat siap membantu,” pungkasnya.

The Grand Committee of National Sports Week (PB PON) XX Papua announced the implementation of the second Chef de Mission (CdM) meeting, postponed to April 5, 2021, in Jayapura.

The decision to change the schedule of CDM meeting, based on the results of an agreement with the board of National Sports Week Committee and Central KONI in Jakarta.

"Our meeting with the Chairman of Central KONI agreed on a CDM meeting from the original schedule of 23 to 26 March 2021, shifted to April 5, 2021 in Jayapura," explained the Daily Chairman of National Sports Week Committee Yunus Wonda, after meet the Chairman of Central KONI, Marciano Norman, in Jakarta, Wednesday (17/3/2021).

While on the agenda of the CDM meeting, Yunus ensured that the entire committee would present various technical matters related to preparations as a host at the National Sports Week event.

The Board of Trustees of PON XX 2021 Papua is also certain to provide briefings on all areas in the management of National Sports Week Committee, in order to maximize services for athletes and officials upon arrival in Papua.

Separately, Vice Chairman I of Central KONI, Suwarno requested that the results of the CDM meeting be immediately disseminated to all clusters by each field.

"After the CDM meeting is over, I want to push the committee down to the cluster. Policy makers from each field must be able to convey what policies should be done by clusters of districts and cities".

"So they will obviously do what should be directed, with regard to transportation, consumption, accommodation, health and others. So there is no doubt that the description of National Sports Week Committee policy, will be implemented in the entire cluster. And we are ready to help," he concluded.
