Usulan Proposal Anggaran PON Rp1,6 Triliun

Proposal anggaran untuk pelaksanaan Pekan Olahraga Nasional (PON) XX 2021 dipastikan senilai Rp1,6 triliun.

Menurut Ketua Harian PB PON Papua Yunus Wonda, usulan tersebut kini sedang mendapat review Kemenpora. Setelah rampung, proposal kemudian diserahkan kepada Kementerian Keuangan untuk mendapat persetujuan.

“Kemarin kita ajukan proposal ke pusat sebesar Rp1,6 triliun dari kebutuhan dari Rp2 triliun. Dimana sekitar Rp500 miliar sisanya dianggarkan lewat Kemenpora kepada PB PON Papua”.

“Sehingga dari Rp1,6 triliun yang diajukan, kita tidak tahu nanti seperti apa, apakah pemerintah akan merespon usulan ini atau pakai sesuai standar mereka, harapannya disetujui dalam waktu tidak terlalu lama,” terang Yunus kepada pers, usai rapat dengan jajaran pengurus, Selasa (23/3/2021).

Dikatakan, saat ini PB PON Papua tak lagi mendapat dukungan anggaran dari APBD Provinsi. Sebab sebelumnya telah mendapat alokasi Rp2 triliun untuk pembangunan venue dan lainnya.

Sehingga untuk menutupi kebutuhan komponen broadcasting dan konsumsi, PB PON Papua membutuhkan dukungan anggaran dari pusat.

“Kami di kepanitiaan sudah tidak lagi mendapatkan anggaran lagi di APBD Papua. Sehingga untuk komponen seperti broadcasting dan konsumsi yang tidak bisa kami biayai, maka mintakan ke pusat. Ini harus bisa (mendapat dukungan), karena kalau tidak maka akan mempengaruhi bidang lain di PB PON Papua dalam hal penganggaran”.

“Ya, kalau untuk sekedar operasional rapat dan lainnya, kita bisa ambil dari PB PON Papua. Tapi kalau pengadaan alat makan dan seterusnya tetap harus lewat anggaran yang diusulkan dari APBN, “harap ia.

Sebelumnya, Deputi Bidang Peningkatan Prestasi Olahraga Kemenpora, Chandra Bhakti memastikan tengah me-review proposal anggaran PON XX.

Proposal pembiayaan penyelenggaraan PON XX di Papua, tambah Chandra, akan di-review sesuai dengan standar satuan harga.

“Proposal yang diajukan akan kita review dengan menyekapati sebagai dasar dengan standarisasinya,” pungkasnya.

The budget proposal for the implementation of National Sports Week XX 2021 is certainly worth Rp1.6 trillion.

According to Daily Chairman of National Sports Week Committee Papua Yunus Wonda, the proposal is now being reviewed by the Ministry of Youth and Sport. Once completed, the proposal is then submitted to the Ministry of Finance for approval.

"Yesterday we submitted a proposal to the central government of IDR 1.6 trillion from the needs of around IDR 2 trillion. Around IDR 500 billion of the rest is budgeted through the Ministry of Youth and Sport to the National Sports Week Committee of Papua ".

"So from IDR 1.6 trillion, we do not know what it will look like, whether the government will respond to this proposal or use it according to their standards, the expectation is approved immediately,"  Yunus told the press, after a meeting with the board, Tuesday (23/3/2021).

It is said that currently the National Sports Week Committee no longer gets budget support from the Provincial Budget because previously it has received an allocation of IDR 2 trillion for the construction of venues and others.

So to cover the needs of broadcasting and consumption components, the committee needs budget support from the central government.

"We in the committee no longer get the budget from the Regional Budget of Papua. So for components such as broadcasting and consumption that we cannot charge, then ask the central. This should be able to (get support), because otherwise it will affect other areas in the National Sports Week Committee Papua in terms of budgeting ".

"Yes, if for just meeting operations and others, we can take from the committee. But if the procurement of cutlery and so on must still pass the proposed budget of the state budget, " he hoped.

Previously, Deputy for Sports Achievement Improvement Ministry, Chandra Bhakti ensured that he was reviewing National Sports Week XX budget proposals.

The proposal to finance the implementation of National Sports Week XX in Papua, Chandra added, will be reviewed in accordance with unit price standards.

"The proposal will be reviewed by reviewing it as the basis for the standardization," he concluded.
