Usulan Pengangkatan Tenaga Honorer Papua Segera Diteruskan ke Menpan RB

Wakil Gubernur Papua Klemen Tinal memastikan berkas usulan pengangkatan tenaga honorer telah rampung dan segera diteruskan ke Menpan RB dalam waktu dekat.

“Ada sekitar 12 ribu tenaga honorer yang tergabung dalam Forum Aliansi Honorer Nasional tingkat Provinsi Papua, itu yang kami utamakan dahulu”.

“Ini karena mereka ada kebijakannya. Tapi untuk yang sisanya akan diisi kabupaten/kota hingga memenuhi kuota 20 ribu itu,” kata Klemen Tinal di Jayapura, Selasa.

Klemen meminta pemerintah kabupaten dan kita dapat segera merampungkan usulan data tenaga honorer. 

Sehingga diharapkan dalam waktu yang tidak terlalu lama, proses pengangkatan lewat mekanisme kementerian terkait, bisa segera diwujudkan.

“Pemerintah Kabupaten dan Kota kami harap bisa segera merampungkan usulan tenaga honorernya. Supaya kita bisa proses pengangkatan ini secepatnya,”kata ia.

Sekretaris Daerah Papua, Dance Yulian Flassy memastikan bakal mengawal seluruh proses usulan pengangkatan 12 ribu tenaga honorer tersebut.

Ia pun meminta para tenaga honorer di provinsi, kabupaten dan kota untuk bersabar menanti kerja keras Pemprov Papua serta Pemkab dan Pemkot terkait. 

“Memang soal waktu kami tidak bisa tentukan, sebab semua berproses dan harus dikoordinasikan dengan Menpan-RB. Tapi kita tidak tinggal diam dan terus bekerja. Sehingga kami harap mereka ini tetap bersabar,” harap ia.

Ketua Aliansi Honorer Nasional Papua, Frits Awom mendesak pemerintah untuk memberi kepastian waktu terkait pengangkatan tenaga honorer.

“Sebab hal ini menyangkut nasib kami sebagai anak-anak bangsa,” pungkasnya.

Deputy Governor of Papua Klemen Tinal confirmed that the proposed file for the appointment of honorers has been completed and immediately forwarded to the Minister of Foreign Affairs in the near future.

"There are about 12 thousand honorary employees who are members of the National Honorary Alliance Forum at the Papua Province level, that's what we put first".

"It's because they have policies. But it will be filled by districts / cities with a quota of 20 thousand," said Klemen Tinal in Jayapura on Tuesday.

Klemen asked the district government and we can immediately finalize the proposal of honorary employee’s data.

So it is expected that in the not too long time, the process of appointment through the relevant ministerial mechanisms, can be realized immediately.

"The District and City Government hope to complete the proposal soon. So that we can process this appointment as soon as possible," he said.

Papua Regional Secretary, Dance Yulian Flassy ensured that the entire process of the proposed appointment of 12 thousand honorary employees.

He also asked the honorary employees in provinces, districts and cities to be patient waiting for the hard work of the Papua Provincial Government and the relevant districts and municipalities.

"It is a matter of time we cannot determine, because all the process must be coordinated with the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reforms but we keep working. So we hope to be patient for that" he said.

Chairman of the Papuan National Honorary Alliance, Frits Awom urged the government to give certainty of time related to the appointment of honorary employees.

"Because this concerns our fate as children of the nation," he concluded.
