JAYAPURA - Communication and Informatics Department of Papua has recently initiated the launch of electronic signature application (TTE) for a desktop (computer or laptop) to manage files and staffing documents.
In the future, the Communication and Informatics Department of Papua immediately encourages the implementation of the mobile version of E-Signature, so that the heads of government agencies can sign every file or document use their smartphones.
"Previously the Communication and Informatics Department will provide special training for officials in the provincial government environment"
"The E-Signature application system in the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) of Papua currently uses the desktop version. But there will be a mobile version so special training is needed for relevant officials, such as the Governor, Regional Secretary or head of Regional Apparatus Organizations to sign electronically," said Head of Communication and Informatics Department of Papua Jeri A. Yudianto, in Jayapura, Friday (1/21/2022).
Jeri ensured that the documents signed electronically would not be easily manipulated or duplicated.
Because the heads of the department will get special access to signing, so it is not easy to imitate anyone.
"The point is the implementation of E-Signature is not easy for others to imitate because there is special access for officials. In addition, it certainly cuts bureaucracy so that services will be faster and optimal."
"The system is secure because it will be embedded in the application itself, there are even unclear signatures on documents that have been encrypted."
While other advantages, added Jeri, with the implementation of the E-Signature, the process of signing documents electronically, can be done by the relevant officials anywhere and anytime.
It is known, the Papua Provincial Government officially launched the implementation of electronic signatures (TTE) on Friday (1/21/2022). Meanwhile, it will be applied in the Papua Regional Staffing Agency as a pilot project. ***
