Soal Keppres Penunjukkan Sekda Definitif, Wagub Klemen : Saya Tidak Ikuti

Wakil Gubernur Papua Klemen Tinal mengaku tak mengikuti memantau proses penetapan Sekda Papua definitif, karena aktivitas pelayanan pemerintahan dan pembangunan di bumi cenderawasih saat ini berjalan normal.

Ia bahkan tak tahu soal beredarnya Keputusan Presiden (Kepres) Nomor: 159/TPA tahun 2020 tentang penetapan Dance Yulian Flassy sebagai Sekda Papua, yang ditandatangani Deputi Bidang Administrasi Sekretariat Kabinet RI, Farid Utomo.

“Saya sendiri belum tahu soal SK Presiden (tentang penetapan Sekda Papua). Saya sendiri belum ikuti, tetapi sementara ini kan sudah ada Penjabat Sekda”.

“Artinya aktivitas pekerjaan di Sekda berjalan biasa tidak ada yang terganggu,”  jelas ia  di Gedung Negara, Kamis (5/11/2020).

Meski begitu, Wagub mengajak semua pihak agar mengikuti proses yang sudah berjalan. Sebab jabatan Sekda tidak sama dengan bupati, gubernur dan wakil gubernur.

“Sekda itu bukan jabatan politik. Jadi, kita ikuti dengan baik supaya yang terbaik untuk kita di Papua yang bisa dihasilkan,” kata Wagub.

Wagub pada kesempatan memastikan bahwa Provinsi Papua ingin menunjukan kepada pemerintah Indonesia bahwa provinsi tertimur di nusantara ini, taat hukum serta asas. Papua bahkan ingin menjadi contoh bagi Indonesia.

Hanya saja dia berharap agar jangan sampai aturan yang sudah berlaku jangan sampai tak diimplementasikan dengan baik.

“Jangan sampai latihan lain, main lain,” terang Wagub menyikapi polemik penetapan Sekda Papua.

Deputy Governor of Papua Klemen Tinal said he did not follow the process of establishing a Definitive Papuan Regional Secretary, as government and development services activities in Papua are currently running normally.

He did not even know about the outstanding Presidential Decree Number: 159/TPA in 2020 about the appointment of Dance Yulian Flassy as the Regional Secretary of Papua, signed by the Deputy for Administration of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of the Republic of Indonesia, Farid Utomo.

"I do not know about the Presidential Decree (about the establishment of the Papuan Regional Secretary). I haven't followed it myself, but in the meantime there's been a Regional Secretary".

"It means that the work activities in the Regional Secretariat run regularly no one is disturbed," he told reporters at the State House, Thursday (5/11/2020).

Even so, the Deputy Governor invites all parties to follow the process that is already underway. The office of Regional Secretariat is not the same as the regent, governor and deputy governor. 

"The secretariat is not a political office. So, we follow it well so that the best for us in Papua can be produced," Deputy Governor said.

The Deputy Governor on occasion ensured that the Papua Province wanted to show the Indonesian government that the easternmost province in the archipelago, obeyed the law and principles. Papua even wants to set an example for Indonesia.

It's just that he hopes not to let the rules that have been in effect not be implemented properly.
