JAYAPURA - The performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) within the Papua Provincial Government starting this year will be more measurable because the performance of the country's servants is now controlled and supervised by a structured application program recently launched by the Papua Provincial Government.
The application is called the Program and Activity Control Team application system or TP2K Rev-1. The launch was directly by Acting Governor Muhammad Ridwan Rumasukun who on that occasion was accompanied by the Head of the State Civil Service Agency (BKN) Bima Haria Wibisana and local officials, Monday (3/4/2023), in Jayapura.
"The launching of this application is an effort to realize Good Governance in the Papua Provincial Government. The application system also integrates several application systems that are already running."
"The function is real-time monitoring and control for policy making in each program. Even in the thematic context of development and as a forum for public information disclosure," explained Governor Ridwan.
The Papua Provincial Government, according to Governor Ridwan, will continuously utilize digital platforms in various aspects of development for the process of planning, budgeting, procurement, financial administration and control.
Moreover, the digital platform is considered very optimal in supporting the performance of civil servants; even the TP2K application system provides several features for the wider community, who can see or directly monitor the performance of the Papua Provincial Regional Budget.
In the same place, the Head of BPKP Papua Representative, Tri Wibowo Aji revealed, appreciating the launch of the ASN performance control application system.
It will optimize the role of the FMIS Application, BPKP and Papua Provincial Government which have carried out interoperability between the FMIS application and the Program and Activity Control Team (TP2K).
Meanwhile, with the launch of the application, Tri added, it is expected to be able to strengthen the control of the implementation of activities more timely, effectively, efficiently and with accountability.
"At least BPKP hopes that interoperability can provide benefits for both parties, even if it is possible for the interoperability application and system to be implemented in other local governments throughout Papua," he hoped.
Meanwhile, in addition to launching a performance control application system, the Head of Central BKN Bima Haria Wibisana as Vice Chairman of the Korpri National Management Council also confirmed the Korpri Papua Management for the 2023 - 2028 devotional period. ***
