JAYAPURA - The Papua Provincial Government has redistributed 2,316 State Civil Apparatus (ASN) and 177 teachers spread across special schools.
The handover of the decree on the redistribution of civil servants and teachers to the head of the Regional Apparatus Work Unit (SKPD), by the Acting Assistant II of the Papua Regional Secretary, Suzana Wanggai, in briefing at Governor Office, Jayapura City, Monday (4/3/2024) morning.
"Today (Monday morning) Acting Assistant II, representing the Acting Governor of Papua, handed over the Governor's Decree related to the Redistribution of Civil Servants within the Papua Provincial Government."
"This redistribution is the impact of the enactment of Regional Regulation No. 18 of 2023 concerning the formation and arrangement of regional apparatus," explained the Head of the Papua Communication and Informatics Agency, Jeri A. Yudianto, in a telephone connection on Monday.
Meanwhile, in the recapitulation of 20 Regional Apparatus Work Units based on Regional Regulation No. 18 of 2023 concerning the formation and arrangement of regional apparatus within the Papua Provincial Government, there was a change for the name of the regional apparatus with a new nomenclature of 8 agencies.
Then the separation of regional apparatus into 10 agencies. Furthermore, the merger of the Regional Apparatus 1 agency and the new Regional Apparatus 1 agency.
"Thus, after the distribution of civil servants to the Regional Apparatus Work Unit based on Regional Regulation 18 2023, they can continue to carry out their task and function, carry out Government Management, Development Implementation and Community Services in Papua Province.
"Including the civil servants who have been handed over, and hopefully they can immediately serve the community and support the implementation of development," he concluded. ***
