JAYAPURA - The Papua Regional Inspectorate held an internal meeting and socialization of Government Regulation Number 1 of 2025 concerning Budget Efficiency and Decree of the Minister of Finance Number 29 of 2025. It was held at the Papua Communication and Informatics Service Hall on Thursday (13/2/2025).

Acting Head of the Papua Regional Inspectorate, Danny Korwa, emphasized the importance of understanding the new regulations for all ranks of the inspectorate.

"As an institution responsible for supervising and coaching the implementation of government duties, the Regional Inspectorate must ensure that the new rules can be implemented properly," he said.

According to him, this socialization is important because the inspectorate has a leading role in supervision and coaching.

"The new regulations must be understood so that supervision tasks can run optimally and not cause confusion," said Danny Korwa.

He continued that this socialization was carried out internally, with the Regional Inspectorate as the leading sector in understanding the latest policies.

"Understanding the new regulations is an obligation for all functional officials, auditors and inspectorate staff so that supervision and government guidance in Papua runs according to the rules," he said.

"We have to learn first. It is legally mandatory for us to understand this regulation so that it can be applied correctly," added Danny.

He hopes that all functional officials, auditors and staff of the Papua Regional Inspectorate can understand the rules well so that the implementation of supervision and coaching is more effective. ***
