JAYAPURA - The Daily Executive of Papua Governor Muhammad Ridwan Rumasukun led the joint briefing with all local civil servants, Monday (5/6/2023) morning.
Located in the Governor's Office Jayapura, the presence of civil servants of the Papua Provincial Government is less than half. Of the total of more than 7,000 civil servants of the Papua Provincial Government, only 1,900 more were present at the briefing.
This was highlighted by Governor Ridwan who regretted the low level of presence of civil servants in the joint briefing. He immediately ordered the heads of Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) to record the civil servants who were absent tobe briefed.
"I immediately ask the heads of Regional Apparatus Organizations to give direction and guidance so that theycan improve the performance and presence,"explained Ridwan, on the sidelines of the joint briefing.
On that occasion, he did not forget to thank and appreciate the civil servants who were present at the joint briefing, even though the arrangement in the yard of the Papua Governor's Office had not been completed in its entirety.
Because of this, it is a form and manifestation of work ethic and high loyalty to the leadership in Papua.
"Thanks to the secretary, assistants, heads of Regional Apparatus Organizations, and structural and functional officials and staff. Thank you for coming to the new office, even though the page layout has not been completed yet."
Not everyone can provide services like this. Let's keep our togetherness to provide excellent and best service for the community,"said Ridwan. ***
