RKPD 2023 Harus Capai Sasaran RPJMD Work Plan Local Government (RKPD) 2023 Must Reach the Goal of Regional Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMD)
Pelaksana Harian (Plh) Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Papua Derek Hegemur berharap pelaksanaan Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan (Musrenbang) penyusunan Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Daerah (RKPD) 2023, harus bisa memastikan pencapaian semua sasaran dalam RPJMD Provinsi Papua (2019-2023). JAYAPURA - Pelaksana Harian (Plh) Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Papua Derek Hegemur berharap pelaksanaan Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan (Musrenbang) penyusunan Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Daerah (RKPD) 2023, harus bisa memastikan pencapaian semua sasaran dalam RPJMD Provinsi Papua (2019-2023).
Hal demikian bertujuan meningkatkan akselerasi pembangunan dalam mendukung pencapaian visi dan misi Gubernur Papua Lukas Enembe.
Hal demikian disampaikan Derek pada, Musrenbang Penyusunan RKPD 2023 di Jayapura, Selasa (19/4/2022) di Jayapura.
Ia katakan, penyusunan RKPD 2023 merupakan momentum yang penting dan sangat strategis.
Apalagi 2023, merupakan awal pelaksanaan Rencana Induk Percepatan Pembangunan Papua (RIPPP) sebagai dokumen acuan bersama seluruh level pembangunan Provinsi Papua.
"Belum lagi di tahun 2023 nanti, merupakan awal implementasi regulasi baru pengelolaan dana otsus. Dimana provinsi dan kabupaten/kota sama-sama sebagai penerima dana Otonomi Khusus dan merupakan sumber dana utama pembiayaan pembangunan di Provinsi Papua," kata dia.
Derek tambahkan, RKPD 2023 pula harus bersinergi dalam mendukung pencapaian target pembangunan nasional dan keberhasilan Major Project Nasional tahun 2023 di Provinsi Papua.
Sehingga sangat diperlukan kolaborasi inovasi pemikiran yang positif dalam membangun konsep serta strategi pembangunan yang terpadu terintegrasi dan bersinergi.
Diketahui, kegiatan Musrenbang RKPD 2023 tersebut dihadiri perwakilan pemerintah kabupaten dan kota se-Papua. ***

He said, the preparation of the Work Plan Local Government 2023 is an important and very strategic momentum.
Moreover, 2023 is the beginning of the implementation of the Papua Development Acceleration Master Plan (RIPPP) as a reference document with all levels of Papua Province development.
"In 2023, it will be the beginning of the implementation of new regulations on the management of Special Autonomy funds. Provinces and regencies/ cities are both recipients of Special Autonomy funds and are the main source of development financing funds in Papua Province," he said.
Derek added that the Work Plan Local Government 2023 must synergize in supporting the achievement of national development targets and the success of the 2023 National Major Project in Papua Province.
So it is very necessary to collaborate innovation positive thinking in building integrated and synergistic development concepts and strategies.
