Pemerintah Provinsi Papua akan memusatkan perayaan HUT kemerekan RI pada 17 Agustus 2022 mendatang di Stadion Lukas Enembe, Kampung Harapan, Kabupaten Jayapura. JAYAPURA - Pemerintah Provinsi Papua akan memusatkan perayaan HUT kemerekan RI pada 17 Agustus 2022 mendatang di Stadion Lukas Enembe, Kampung Harapan, Kabupaten Jayapura.
Pengalihan perayaan HUT kemerdekaan RI di Stadion Lukas Enembe, agar tak mengganggu aktivitas warga di Kota Jayapura saat pelaksanaan upacara bendera, yang biasanya digelar di Stadion Mandala Jayapura.
“Stadion Lukas Enembe ini kan punya lahan parkir yang luas. Sehingga pemusataan perayaan di Stadion Lukas Enembe adalah opsi yang paling tepat”.
“Supaya juga tidak mengganggu aktivitas masyarakat,” Asisten Sekda Papua Bidang Perekonomian dan Kesejahteraan Rakyat, Muhammad Musa’ad, di Jayapura, Jumat.
Masih menurut Musa’ad, pemusatan perayaan Hut kemerdekaan di Stadion Lukas Enembe, juga berdasarkan arahan dari Gubernur Papua .
Sehingga saat ini tengah dilakukan persiapan agar pelaksanaannya berjalan sebagaimana mestinya.
“Pastinya dengan pemindahan tempat perayaan, nantinya adasuatu format baru yang kami gunakan. Tapi kita sudah terbiasa dengan ini, apalagi Stadion Lukas Enembe sendiri merupakan aset pemerintah yang bisa dimanfaatkan”.
“Tapi sebenarnya semua venue-venue yang sudah dibangun dan dimanfaatkan untuk PON bisa juga dimanfaatkan untuk kepentingan yang lain. Salah satunya perayaan Hut kemerdekaan,” tutupnya. ***
