Pj Sekda Papua : DPA OPD 2024 Diserahkan dalam Waktu Dekat

JAYAPURA - Penjabat Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Papua Derek Hegemur memastikan penyerahan Dokumen Penyelenggara Anggaran (DPA) Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) tingkat provinsi 2024, akan dilakukan dalam waktu dekat usai bertemu pihak DPRP.

"Hasil evaluasi APBD 2024 dar Kemendagri kita baru terima. Kita segera bicara dengan DPRP berkaitan dengan dokumen APBD 2024 yang disahkan Mendagri itu, selanjutnya DPA secepatnya diserahkan ke OPD," tegas Sekda Hegemur, Rabu, di Jayapura.

Dikatakan Sekda, saat ini Pemprov Papua baru saja menambah lima Organisasi Perangkat Daerah baru, untuk memaksimalkan pelayanan pemerintahan dan pembangunan di wilayah setempat. 

Penambahan lima OPD baru merupakan pemekaran dari lembaga sebelumnya, yang mana dalam waktu dekat akan dilakukan pengisian jabatan struktural maupun staf di lima instansi baru tersebut.

"Sebenarnya bukan OPD baru, tapi ada OPD yang dimekarkan dari kelembagaan sebelumnya. seperti pemisahan Satpol PP dan Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah. Sehingga dengan adanya pemekaran lima OPD, total bertambah menjadi 40 OPD."

"Pastinya kita ingin supaya lima OPD ini segera ada stafnya sehingga ketika DPA diserahkan sudah bisa menjalankan tugas dengan semestinya," harap Sekda.

Sekda pada kesempatan itu memastikan bakal ada pelantikan pejabat untuk melengkapi kekosongan jabatan di lingkungan Pemprov Papua. Hal demikian bertujuan agar pelaksanaan pembangunan dan pelayanan kemasyarakatn, dapat berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. ***

JAYAPURA - Papua Acting Regional Secretary, Derek Hegemur confirmed that the submission of the 2024 Budget Implementation Document (DPA) of the Provincial Regional Apparatus Organization will be carried out soon after meeting the DPRP.

"The results of the 2024 Regional Budget evaluation from the Ministry of Home Affairs have just been received. We immediately talked to the DPRP regarding the 2024 Regional Budget document approved by the Home Minister. The DPA will immediately be submitted to the Regional Apparatus Organization," said Secretary Hegemur, Wednesday, in Jayapura.

The Secretary said, currently the Papua Provincial Government has just added five new Regional Apparatus Organizations, to maximize government services and development in the local area.

The new Regional Apparatus Organizations is an expansion of the previous institution, which will fill in structural and staff positions in the five new agencies.

"It is not a new Regional Apparatus Organization, but it was split from the previous institution such as the separation of the Civil Service Police Unit and the Regional Disaster Management Agency. So, the total has increased to 40 Regional Apparatus Organizations"

"Surely we want these five Regional Apparatus Organizations to immediately have staff so that when the Budget Implementation Document is handed over, they can carry out their duties properly," hoped the Secretary. 

The Secretary on that occasion ensured that there would be the inauguration of officials to fill the vacancy within the Papua Provincial Government. This is so that the implementation of development and community services can run as it should be. ***
