Kadis Kominfo : Indikator Penilaian MCP Capai 55,85

JAYAPURA – Indikator penilaian Monitoring Center for Prevention (MCP) Provinsi Papua dari Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) mencapai 55,85. Nilai tersebut ter-update sampai dengan pukul 15.07 WIT, 9 September 2023.

Menurut Kepala Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kominfo) Papua, Jeri A. Yudianto, nilai MCP Papua terus dikebut sejak awal pembukaan kegiatan Rakor Akselerasi Pencegahan Korupsi pada Senin lalu, yang masih berada di angka 40. 

Pihaknya optimis nilai tersebut bakal terus merangkak naik mencapai nilai maksimal yang ditargetkan Penjabat Gubernur Papua, dikarenakan pengisian MCP yang masih berlangsung.

"Pengisian MCP dilakukan maraton dan dipusatkan di lantai 9 Kantor Gubernur Papua. Sampai sore tadi sudah 55,85 dan ini akan terus naik dengan harapan bisa mencapai nilai 90 sesuai target Penjabat Gubernur,” terang Jeri, lewat sambungan telepon, Sabtu.

Masih menurut Jeri, dalam Rakor tersebut, tak hanya MCP Provinsi Papua yang digenjot, melainkan pemerintah kabupaten dan kota. Monitoring evaluasi pengisian MCP dipimpin langsung Inspektur Papua, pada delapan area meliputi perencanaan dan penganggaran APBD, serta pengadaan barang/jasa.

Kemudian perizinan, pengawasan APIP, manejemen ASN, optimalisasi pajak daerah dan pengelolaan barang milik daerah (BMD). 

Selain MCP dilakukan pengisian Laporan Hasil Kekayaan Penyelenggara Negara (LHKPN) serta hasil Survei Penilaianm Indikator (SPI).

“Kita bekerja keras mendorong MCP ini. Bahkan Inspektur Papua, Anggiat Situmorang menyatakan kita akan ikuti terus target di area yang ada. Beliau juga  tidak segan-segan langsung mengkonfirmasi kepada Kepala SKPD terkait pengisian evident yang dilakukan oleh Admin di tiap area MCP,” jelas Jeri.

Diketahui, MCP Papua pada 2022 lalu mencapai nilai 56. Dengan hasil kali ini, dipastikan angka MCP Papua akan jauh lebih baik dibanding tahun sebelumnya. ***

According to the Head of the Communication and Informatics Service of Papua, Jeri A. Yudianto, the value of MCP Papua has continued to accelerate since the beginning of the opening of the Corruption Prevention Acceleration Meeting last Monday, which was still at 40.

He is optimistic that this value will continue to creep up to reach the maximum value targeted by the Acting Governor of Papua, due to the ongoing MCP filling.

"MCP filling is carried out marathon and centered on the 9th floor of the Papua Governor's Office. Until this afternoon, it has been 55.85 and will continue to rise with the hope that it can reach a value of 90 according to the target of the Acting Governor," explained Jeri, by telephone on Saturday.

Still according to Jeri, in the meeting, not only the MCP of Papua Province was boosted, but also the district and city governments. Monitoring the evaluation of MCP filling is led directly by Papua Inspectors, in eight areas including planning and budgeting the regional budget, as well as the procurement of goods/services.

Then licensing, APIP Supervision, State Civil Servant Management, optimization of regional taxes and management of regional property (BMD).

In addition to MCP, filling out the State Administrator's Wealth Results Report (LHKPN) and the results of the Indicator Assessment Survey (SPI) were carried out.

"We are working hard to encourage the MCP. Papua Inspector, Anggiat Situmorang stated that we will continue to follow the target in the existing area. He also did not hesitate to directly confirm to the Head of Regional Work Units regarding the evident filling carried out by the Admin in each MCP area," explained Jeri.

It is known that the MCP of Papua reached a value of 56 in 2022, it will be much better than the previous year. ***
