Pemerintah Provinsi Papua resmi menetapkan libur dan cuti bersama dalam rangka Natal dan Tahun Baru. The Papua Provincial Government has officially established holidays and joint leave for Christmas and New Year.
JAYAPURA - Pemerintah Provinsi Papua resmi menetapkan libur dan cuti bersama dalam rangka Natal dan Tahun Baru.
Kepala Dinas Kominfo Papua, Jeri Agus Yudianto berharap para ASN segera berkantor usai liburan.
“Kita harap ASN tidak menambah waktu libur sendiri dan segera berkantor sesuai waktu yang ditetapkan dan langsung bekerja untuk melayani publik,” tegas Jeri, di Jayapura,
Sementara untuk Aparatur Sipil Negara yang ada di wilayah pelayanan publik seperti di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD), akan diatur jam berkantornya oleh Kepala SKPD masing masing.
“Supaya pelayanan tetap berjalan termasuk di BPKAD yang mengelola transaksi keuangan mengikuti ketentuan yang ada diperbankan, demikian juga ASN di bidang IT pengelola Server E Government tetap melakukan tugasnya untuk menjaga kualitas layanan,” terangnya.
Sebelumnya, Pemerintah Provinsi Papua Sekertaris Daerah mengeluarkan Surat Edaran terkait hari libur resmi dan cuti bersama dalam rangka Hari Raya Natal 2022 dan tahun baru 2023.
Terhitung dari hari libur dan cuti bersama masa raya Advent memasuki Natal Kamis (1/12). Senin 19/12-Sabtu (24/12) cuti bersama Hari Raya Natal. Minggu (25/12) Natal hari pertama.
Senin (26/12), Natal hari kedua, Selasa (27/12), hari jadi Provinsi Papua, Rabu (28/12) cuti bersama hari Raya Natal, Kamis (29/12) masuk kantor pukul 07;30 WIT. (2-3/1) libur tahun baru dan Rabu (4/1) masuk kantor pukul 07:30 WIT. ***

The Head of the Communication and Informatics of Papua, Jeri Agus Yudianto, hopes that the Civil Servants will soon be in office after the holiday.
"We hope that ASN will not increase its own holiday time and immediately go to the office according to the set time and immediately work to serve the public," said Jeri, in Jayapura,
Meanwhile, for State Civil Apparatus in public service areas such as at Regional General Hospitals (RSUD), working hours will be regulated by the Head of their respective regional working unit.
"In order for services to continue to run, including at BPKAD which manages financial transactions following the existing provisions, as well as ASNs in the IT field that manage Government E Servers, continue to do their duties to maintain service quality," he explained.
Previously, the Papua Provincial Government of the Regional Secretary issued a Circular Letter related to official holidays and joint holidays in the context of Christmas 2022 and New Year 2023.
Starting from holidays and joint holiday with the Adventist holiday entering Christmas, Thursday (1/12). Monday 19/12 to Saturday (24/12) for the joint holiday of Christmas. Sunday (25/12) Christmas the first day.
