Garuda Indonesia Beri Diskon Penerbangan Domestik bagi ASN Pemprov Papua

JAYAPURA – Garuda Indonesia lewat program diskon NKRI mulai Januari s/d Desember 2024, memberikan tarif khusus bagi ASN Pemprov Papua yang melakukan perjalanan domestik untuk urusan kedinasan atau perjalanan dinas.

Pemberian diskon disambut positif Staf Ahli Gubernur Papua Elsye Rumbekwan. Dimana hal tersebut membantu Pemprov Papua melakukan penghematan biaya operasional pimpinan.

“Terutama sekali untuk tugas perjalanan seperti koordinasi ke luar daerah. Sehingga kita sambut baik program diskon tersebut,” terang Staf Ahli Elsye, disela-sela sosialisasi program Garuda Indonesia dan Pemprov Papua,  Jumat (19/1/2024), di Kota Jayapura.

Elsye tambahkan penggunaan pesawat Garuda Indonesia dalam setiap perjalanan ASN Pemprov Papua mengacu pada kebijakan dari Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Pemerintah (LKPP).

Bahkan dalam pengadaan barang dan jasa instansi pemerintah, pembelian tiket pesawat Garuda sudah masuk di e-katalog.

Pemberitan harga khusus ASN juga sesuai dengan Standar Biaya Umum (SBU) yang sudah ditetapkan Kementerian Keuangan sebagai bendahara negara.

“Kalau diberikan harga sekitar Rp4 jutaan untuk rute Jayapura – Jakarta saya kira ini sangat baik. Sebab biasanya di Juni – Juli harga melonjak. Belum lagi Lebaran dan Natal. Tapi tadi pihak Garuda Indonesia menjamin berikan harga dasar untuk ASN yang melakukan perjalanan dinas dari Januari sampai Desember tahun ini.”

“Tentunya kita berterima kasih dan berharap harga ini bisa juga dinikmati masyarakat umum,” harap Elsye.

Sales Maneger Garuda Indonesia Branch Office Jayapura, Nur Endefita Sari mengatakan pemberian tarif khusus bagi ASN Pemprov Papua mengacu pada nilai pagu anggaran perjalanan dinas yang ditetapkan pemerintahan setempat.

“Contoh untuk perjalanan domestik Jayapura – Jakarta PP itu kita beri harga Rp8,3 juta. Kalau di normal Rp11 jutaan.”

“Tapi harga ini khusus untuk perjalanan dinas bagi ASN, sehingga mereka nanti harus menyertakan surat tugas dan kartu pegawai,” terang Nur.

Sementara tarif khusus tersebut juga berlaku untuk satu orang pengikut, seperti ajudan atau keluarga. Pemesanan dapat dilakukan pada kantor Garuda Indonesia atau pihak yang ditunjuk. ***

JAYAPURA – Garuda Indonesia through the NKRI discount program from January to December 2024, provides special rates for the Civil Servants of the Papua Provincial Government who travel domestically for official or official travel.

Elsye added that the use of Garuda Indonesia aircraft in every trip of the Papua Provincial Government refers to the Government Procurement Policy Institute (LKPP) policy.

Even in the procurement of goods and services of government agencies, the purchase of Garuda flight tickets has been included in the e-catalog.

The announcement of special prices for civil servants is also by the General Cost Standards (SBU) set by the Ministry of Finance as the state treasurer.

"If given a price of around IDR 4 million for the Jayapura-Jakarta route, I think it is good. Because usually in June-July prices soar. Especially for Eid and Christmas. But earlier, Garuda Indonesia guaranteed a basic price for civil servants who travel from January to December this year."

"Of course, we are grateful and hope that the general public can also enjoy this price," hoped Elsye.

The Sales Manager of Garuda Indonesia for Jayapura Branch Office, Nur Endefita Sari said that the provision of special tariffs for Civil Servants of the Papua Provincial Government refers to the ceiling value of the official travel budget set by the local government.

"For example, for the domestic return round trip Jayapura- Jakarta, we give a price of IDR 8.3 million from a normal IDR 11 million."

"But this price is specifically for official travel for civil servants, so they will have to include a letter of assignment and an employee card," explained Nur.

While the special rate also applies to one follower, such as an aide or family. Bookings can be made at Garuda Indonesia offices or designated parties. ***
