Acting Secretary of Papua Doren Wakerkwa instructed all Regional Apparatus Organization prepare data for the Local Government Financial Report (LKPD) 2020.
It is related to the agenda of Local Government Financial Report examination by the Audit Board of Republic of Indonesia in the third week of January 2021.
"This Local Government Financial Report must be prepared immediately. Cooperation between Regional Apparatus Organization must be improved, where the leadership must coordinate well with the staff so that the Local Government Financial Report data is corrected before the CPC goes down to conduct inspections," explained Doren in Jayapura, Thursday (1/21/2021).
In addition, Doren also reminded the Regional Apparatus Organization in Papua Provincial Government to immediately prepare a Performance and Accountability Report.
LAKIP is to measure the performance of the office in each agency. "Because if it does not deliver LAKIP then the Regional Apparatus Organization performance will go down," he said.
According to Doren, the preparation of LAKIP must also be submitted in full. Thus, performance assessment can be done to the maximum.
Doren added that community and government services in Papua Province must continue to run optimally even though they are still hit by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Nevertheless, he expects that the working situation throughout the Regional Apparatus Organization must carry out health protocols to the maximum. Like, keeping your distance, washing your hands, avoiding crowds and wearing masks when doing activities.
State Civil Apparatus were also asked to succeed in the government's program to vaccinate all Papuans in order to suppress the transmission of COVID-19.
