Acting Regional Secretary of Papua Doren Wakerkwa instructed all Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) within the provincial government to conduct regular worship every Monday, before conducting government and public service activities.
This affirmation was conveyed by Acting Regional Secretary Doren, in the briefing on the Governor's Office of Dok II Jayapura, Monday (1/25/2021).
"The Forestry Department always prays together every Monday asking God's blessing. Therefore, I ask this positive habit be adopted by other agencies so that government services can run well," he said.
The secretary in the morning briefing also highlighted reports of State Civil Servant infidelity that occurred in the recent. It really does not have to happen if the piety and faith in God continue to be improved.
"This was the first experience when I was an Acting Regional Secretary. We as indigenous Papuans should not make inappropriate things in this governor office. It is not permissible to make something (cheating, red) that God does not bless," he said.
Instead, we hope that in the future there will be no more reports of infidelity between employees in the Papua Provincial Government. Because it can destroy each home.
"Do not enter the office and disturb the wife of the person or husband. We're going to go to the office to do our job.
"So, I remind you that there should be no more (infidelity) in this office (Papua Provincial Government). We have to take care of each other, look after each other, I hope it's important to remember," he said.
Meanwhile, the briefing at the Governor's Office of Dok II Jayapura, followed by thousands of State Civil Servant and head of Regional Apparatus Organization in the Papua Provincial Government.
Acting Secretary Doren at the end of the morning briefing expressed his gratitude from the Governor of Papua to all State Civil Servants who are always loyal, disciplined to follow the briefing every Monday morning.
