JAYAPURA - The Provincial Government (Pemprov) of Papua officially launched the implementation of electronic signatures that are claimed to be able to accelerate and facilitate the management of staffing documents such as pension management, promotion and other related matters.
The digital signature application also will be applied to all agencies so that public services for the community will be easier, faster and on time.
If the recipients of services such as teachers and nurses who are also state civil apparatus will be scattered in districts and cities. So that someone takes care of retirement or promotion for up to 3 years, even so the retirement decree has not come out.
"But that's the past, hopefully the application of electronic signatures can further accelerate the service of managing employee documents or other related matters for the community," said Ridwan on Friday (1/21/2022).
Head of Regional Office IX of the Jayapura State Staffing Agency (BKN), Sabar Sormin appreciated the rapid steps of the Papua Regional Secretary in implementing the electronic signature, so that future services would be more optimal.
Sabar Sormin also hopes that in the future, all service offices in Papua can implement application-based electronic signatures, to cut bureaucratic processes.
"The main goal is to accelerate service to the community and employees"
"Hopefully the launching of digital signatures today can be an inspiration for other regional apparatus organizations to immediately implement electronic signatures," he said.
Meanwhile, head of Regional Staffing Agency (BKD) of Papua, Marthen Kogoya, said the launching was still a pilot project. That way, some documents managed by the Regional Staffing Agency of Papua will later begin to apply signatures electronically.
"Such as departure documents, employee mutations, pensions and also other documents in the Regional Staffing Agency of Papua will be implemented with electronic signatures signed by the Governor, Regional Secretary and head of Regional Staffing Agency," he said. ***
