JAYAPURA - The List of Contents for Budget Implementation (DIPA) and the List of Transfer Allocations to Regions in 2024 for ministries/agencies, provinces, regencies and cities in Papua have been officially submitted.
The digital handover was carried out symbolically by the Acting Governor of Papua Muhammad Ridwan Rumasukun at the Jayapura Financial Building, Jayapura City, Monday (11/12/2023).
On that occasion, Ridwan advised the Ministries/Institutions in Papua to use the budget with discipline, thoroughness, efficiency and effectiveness.
Meanwhile, regents/mayors are also asked to ensure the alignment of local government work plans with the 2024 government work plan targets.
"I also hope that regional heads can build synergy so that the elections will be carried out and run well."
"To the entire community, I invite you to actively participate in supporting and succeeding the election in a safe and smooth atmosphere," he hoped.
Ridwan added that the focus of the 2024 State Budget is to improve the quality of human resources by eliminating extreme poverty.
In addition, reducing stunting, improving access and quality of health and education services.
"So it is hoped that regional programs will be able to synergize with the center to maximize the improvement of the quality of human resources and the elimination of extreme poverty," he said.
The process of preparing and completing the DIPA and TKD 2024 Allocation Book is now carried out digitally.
