JAYAPURA - The Regional Company of Irian Bhakti is confirmed to run the rice distribution for civil servants in 2024 after winning a tender run by the government.
This was conveyed by the Head of the Goods and Services Procurement Bureau (BPBJ) of Papua Province, Debora Salossa, to the press, Monday (1/4/2024), in Jayapura City.
"What we just auctioned yesterday has been proses by the Ministry of Finance, namely the distribution of civil servant rice, the winner is Irian Bakti Company. We are still waiting for other processes because our funds differ from the previous year," Debora said.
According to Debora, the project tender process within the Papua Provincial Government is currently entirely through electronic procurement services.
At first, the Goods and Services Procurement Bureau of Papua sent to all regional apparatuses in the province to input the general procurement plan (RUP) now connected to the Republic of Indonesia's Regional Development Information System (SIPD).
"Indeed, adjustments are still needed in the input for the auction process, but for the last input of the general procurement plan on March 31, and the results can only be known on April 1, 2024," he said.
Debora added that her party has also distributed the names of procurement managers to all regional apparatus. The letter is now in the Secretary to get the next direction.
"Regarding the project of appointing or coaching small entrepreneurs, there is a Presidential Regulation that regulates and it has not changed,special procurement for OAP of 1 billion."
"For auction tenders within the provincial government through electronic procurement services, local provider transactions must go through a system to be assessed nationally," she concluded. ***
