JAYAPURA - Friday, December 27, 2024: In the Morning, the Papua Provincial Government held a Commemoration of the 75th Anniversary of Papua Province in the field of the Papua Governor's Office in Jayapura.
In his speech, the Acting Governor of Papua Ramses Limbong invited all levels of society, the existing Regional Work Unit, and all stakeholders to unite to advance Papua Province.
Limbong emphasized the importance of collaboration between the government, State-Owned Enterprises, Regional-Owned Enterprises, and the community in exploring the potential and overcoming various challenges faced and the need for innovation and creativity of all parties to improve the community's welfare. "We must be able to innovate, must be able to do work by our respective duties and responsibilities for Advanced Papua and Prosperous Papua," said Ramses Limbong.
Furthermore, Limbong said that the celebration of the 75th anniversary of Papua Province contains important and deep meaning from various perspectives and long studies of its dynamics. Until now, we can reflect on the 75 years with what we have processed and what we have done, both as a government, religious leaders, and community leaders for the welfare of the Papuan people.
Limbong said that Papua has a huge potential to develop, but this needs to be supported by the hard work and spirit of cooperation of the entire community. As a citizen of the Republic of Indonesia and as a Papuan citizen, I invite all of us to carry out our responsibilities to sincerely work to educate Papua,
