JAYAPURA – The Papua Provincial Government, through the Department of Manpower, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises (DISNAKERKOPUKM), will open a service post for complaints regarding the Holiday Allowance (THR).

This complaint service is intended to address issues faced by workers in Papua concerning Holiday Allowance payments.

Acting Head of the Papua Provincial Department of Manpower, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Robert Eddy Purwoko, stated that the complaint post for Holiday Allowance will be open one week before and one week after Eid.

"If there are any discrepancies in the technical implementation of the Circular Letter on the provision of Holiday Allowance for Eid al-Fitr 1446 H / Eid 2025 for workers, we will follow up," Eddy said on Monday (10/3).

Regarding Holiday Allowance payments, Eddy mentioned that they are still awaiting a Circular Letter from the Minister of Manpower of Indonesia to regulate the technical implementation schedule.

"Allowance must be given one week before Eid," he said.

Based on the Circular Letter from the Ministry of Manpower, his department will urge companies to comply with government regulations. ***
