BIAK - Acting Governor of Papua Ramses Limbong led a joint meeting of the State Civil Apparatus at the Biak Numfor Regent Office in a series of working visits to the "Coral City" and Supiori Regency, Thursday (5/9/2024).
Limbong in his direction emphasized that the civil servants of Biak Regency should be focused and professional in their work and also has innovation in developing the potential in the local area, especially in the tourism and marine sectors.
He also asked all civil servants to be neutral in the implementation of the simultaneous regional elections next November and work according to their main duties and functions.
"There should be no additional movements that harm yourself or the organization at this Regional Election event. Then related to inflation control and stunting, we must collaborate in solving it," he said.
Meanwhile, the Acting Regent of Biak, Sofia Bonsapia in the morning reported on the condition of the government in her area which was running well.
She reported approximately 5,000 civil servants who were assisted by 2,000 honorary personnel when carrying out their duties.
Meanwhile, for the support of the regional election grants, Sofia ensured that 100 percent had been distributed to the local General Election Commission, including the General Election Supervisory Agency and the Police Chief.
