JAYAPURA - Yohanes Walilo was inaugurated as the Acting Regional Secretary of Papua, Wednesday (2/10/2024) evening.
The inauguration was by the Acting Governor of Papua, Ramses Limbong, at the local Governor's Office, Soa Siu Dok II, Jayapura City, who received the Decree of the Acting Regional Secretary to replace Ridwan Rumasukun.
After the inauguration, Limbong asked the Regional Secretary Walilo to immediately evaluate the performance of the Regional Work Unit in budget absorption. Now it has entered the fourth quarter.
"There are only a few months left for the 2024 fiscal year to end. I ask that the entire program must be completed by December 15, so evaluate it every week," said Limbong.
In his direction, Governor Ramses also instructed the Regional Secretary to improve the organization and governance.
In addition, he became a "parent" for all State Civil Apparatus.
"There should be no more compartmentalization in the Papua Provincial Government. If the fragmentation continues, we will fail to achieve our goals," he said.
According to Ramses, the Regional Secretary must be a parent who can create togetherness between State Civil Apparatus. "No matter how difficult the work is, if there is togetherness, it will definitely succeed," said Ramses again.
"Stakeholders and Regional Work Unit must support each other according to their respective duties and responsibilities. I hope that the ranks of State Civil Apparatus will also support the Acting Regional Secretary of Papua in carrying out his duties," said Governor Ramses.
It is known that the inauguration of the Acting Regional Secretary of Papua Yohanes Walilo was attended by the Regional Leadership Coordination Forum, the Head of Regional Apparatus Organization and Echelon III and IV officials. ***
