JAYAPURA - The Papua Provincial Government through the Papua Provincial Forestry and Environment Service (DKLH) received the appreciation of the Reksa Bandha Award from the State Property and Auction Service Office of Jayapura(KPKNL), in the category of State Receivables Settlement Synergy.
This award was received by the Acting Head of the Papua Provincial DKLH, Aries Toteles on February 11, 2025 online.
Aries Toteles said that DKLH was given appreciation because it has been collaborating with KPKLN Jayapura in efforts to settle bad debts in the forestry sector.
This is following the Regulation of the Minister of Forestry Number 8 of 2021 concerning Forest Management and Preparation of Forest Management Plans, as well as the use of forests in protected forests and production forests.
"In 2024, to optimize PNBP, DKLH has submitted bad receivables in the forestry sector to KPKNL Jayapura for settlement, and a Letter of Acceptance of State Receivables Settlement (SP3N) has been issued," he explained.
In 2025, his party plans to submit one bad receivables document to be further processed at KPKLN.
"The Reksa Bandha Award is a motivation for us to contribute and increase cooperation or synergy in settling receivables in the forestry sector," he concluded. ***
