National Sports Week XX Papua shooting equipment imported from Switzerland, France and Germany have arrived in Indonesia.

The equipment is now accommodated in warehouse of PT. Lokta Karya Perbakin, Yayasan Harapan Ibu, Pondok Pinang, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta.

While ensuring all equipment is in good condition, the Office of The Inspector of Work (PPHP) National Sports Week Committee, Regional Police and Inspectorate of Papua went down to conduct the inspection before being sent to Jayapura.

"Shooting Sport equipment will be distributed to Jayapura after the inspection is completed," said Chief Electronic Scoring Target (EST) Technician of PT Lokta Karya Perbakin, Gunawan, Sunday, in a release received by the editorial.

Gunawan said the equipment consists of Electronic Shooting Target (10 Meters) as much as 40 Sets, 45 sets of Electronic Shooting Target (25 Meters), and 35 sets of Electronic Shooting Target (50 Meter.

Then Electronic Shooting Target (300 Meters) completed with cross fire detection as much as 10 Sets, Running Target EST Machine as much as 2 Sets, target machine throwing shotgun 1 Set.

Furthermore, Target Front Mask 25 M Precision/Rapid as much as 90 pcs, Target Front Mask 50 M Precision/Rapid as much as 70 pcs, Front Mask Target 300 M Precision/Rapid as much as 10 pcs. As well as Paper Roll 10 M, Final Hall as much as 200 Roll, Clay Qualification 50,000 pcs and clay final 10,000 pcs.

In addition to the match equipment, he continued, the referee's equipment was brought in. There were as many as 9 items from Germany. "Like Stiffness Measurement Device 1 set, Thickness Measurement Device 1 set, Riffle Jacket Overlap Device 1 set, Shoe Sole Flexibility Testing Device 1 set, Rifle Template 1 set, Measuring Box (25 M gun) 1 set, Measuring Box (Air gun) 1 set, Trigger Weight 1000 gr (25 M gun), Trigger Weight 500 gr (10 M gun)".

"All of them are now in the warehouse, just sent to Jayapura, it will be re-examined before being installed at the venue. And we have rented a shop house in Jayapura to accommodate all that equipment," he added.

Head of Field I National Sports Week Committee Papua covering the field of match, arena field, equipment field and ceremonial field, Yusuf Yambe Yabdi appreciated the hard work of all related parties.

"We are very grateful from the 19 sports, shooting equipment became the first to arrive in Jakarta and will be sent to Jayapura" 

"Because the process of making equipment requires a minimum contract of 150 days, and there is a match of National Sports Week which will begin on September 20, 2021. So we hope to field equipment to spur the procurement schedule of other equipment, so that all equipment can enter in each cluster by July 2021. Thus, there is still time for Indonesia National Sports Committee of Papua to still be able to conduct event tests," he concluded.
